What YOU Will Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by providing tailored plumbing solutions and professional recommendations
- Conduct in-home assessments, explain service options, generate estimates, and effectively close sales opportunities
- Evaluate plumbing systems and develop project estimates based on job specifications, customer needs, and local plumbing codes
- Partner with installation and service teams to ensure accurate project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, proposals, and follow-up activities
- Follow up on leads and referrals to contribute to departmental growth
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, communication, and customer service
What YOU Will Bring
- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience with strong technical abilities
- Residential sales or customer-facing experience within the plumbing or home services industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, materials, and applicable local codes
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to clearly explain technical information and recommendations
