We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented full time Project Manager to lead residential painting projects from pre job to final walkthrough. At Heiler Painting, this role is about more than managing schedules and crews; it's about delivering a high-level experience for every homeowner while leading a team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

The right person for this role thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, takes ownership, and knows how to keep projects moving while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and crews. Compensation:
  • $100,000 to $120,000. Base + Performance Bonuses and Incentives.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage residential painting projects from kickoff through final walkthrough
  • Oversee multiple crews and ensure jobs stay on schedule and on budget
  • Ensure all work meets our quality standards and 7-Step Painting Process
  • Perform regular site visits to maintain clean, precise, high-end finishes
  • Communicate daily with clients and provide project updates
  • Handle client questions or concerns quickly and professionally
  • Lead final walkthroughs to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure materials and schedules are aligned
  • Track job progress, change orders, and project details using company CRM systems
