ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do- Connect with homeowners face-to-face throughout the Cincinnati area
- Introduce homeowners to renewable energy solutions and available options
- Build genuine rapport and communicate confidently with customers
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Work toward weekly activity and performance goals
- Participate in daily coaching, team meetings, and professional development
- Represent MPower Direct with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Work independently in the field while staying connected and accountable to your team

QualificationsQualifications- Sales experience is welcome, but it isn't required
- Experience in customer service, recruiting, hospitality, athletics, retail, or other people-focused environments can be helpful
- Work ethic, communication, confidence, and coachability matter more than previous job title
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
