Residential and Commercial Electrician based out of Hutto, TX, serving the Greater Austin area. This position is ideal for licensed electricians who want steady work, strong earning potential, and a professional environment that values quality and accountability.
PAY:
- $30-$35 per hour during training and non-commission work
- Opportunity to transition to a commission-based pay plan, earning $75,000-$120,000+ annually

QUALIFICATIONS- Texas Journeyman Electrician license
- Clean driving record
- Residential and/or light commercial service experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage your workflow with professionalism and independence
- Comfort with mobile technology and light computer work (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and follow safety protocols
SCHEDULE: This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with the following shift options:
- 7 AM-4 PM
- 8 AM-5 PM
- 9 AM-5 PM
WHAT TO EXPECT AS A RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL ELECTRICIANIn this role, you'll complete scheduled residential and commercial electrical service calls, diagnose and repair electrical issues, perform installations and upgrades, and ensure all work meets NEC and safety standards. You'll communicate findings to customers, coordinate with team members and inspectors, document completed work, and maintain a clean, safe job site while supporting apprentices as needed.
