Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations of three commercial laundry facilities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage, mentor, and develop on-site management teams to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with corporate leadership to align regional operations with company objectives.
Requirements- Proven experience in multi-site operations management, preferably within the commercial laundry or similar service industries.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and performance metrics.
