Serve as the on-site representative for the Owner, overseeing construction of the air train (automated people mover) system including guideways, stations, and systems integration.
Manage daily construction activities to ensure compliance with contract documents, design drawings, and airport operational constraints.
Lead coordination between contractors, design teams (civil, structural, MEP, and systems), airport authorities, and regulatory agencies.
Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders; resolve field issues in real time.
Monitor contractor performance, construction quality, and adherence to schedule milestones.
Enforce QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with FAA, OSHA, and Port Authority standards.
Oversee installation and integration of APM systems (propulsion, signaling, communications, controls).
Track progress, validate pay applications, and support cost control, claims review, and change management.
Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and executive summaries for project leadership.
