Your tasks.
Function as the technical liaison between the customer and AEES/PKC Group's support personnel. Ensure technical information gaps are addressed and deliverables are provided to the customer on-time.
Facilitate customer information flow with respect to financial, delivery, and quality issues, as well as any purchasing initiated information requests that affect customer satisfaction.
Represent AEES/PKC in quality-related meetings at the customer location.
Participate in periodic meetings with the manufacturing, quality and engineering teams on program status and/or quality performance.
Provide information and support for the process to manage current and future sales negotiation of program target setting, objective setting, and final price settlements to meet business objectives.

Education and Experience:
