Qualifications

• Active RN license and proven experience in senior living or long-term care.
• 5-7 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and nursing standards.
• Experience with quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing team and care programs to ensure high-quality service.
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Monitor residents' health conditions, coordinating with physicians and other clinical partners.
• Oversee all aspects of medication management and infection control programs.
• Serve as the primary leader for CLIA and Infection Control programs as required.
• Drive key quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives in line with best practices.
• Collaborate with sales team to evaluate the appropriateness of new resident move-ins.
