Full Job Description

Answering the needs of conscious consumers, delivery systems also support more responsible products by reducing packaging and waste and extending shelf life. Reporting to a Research Manager, this onsite Cincinnati-based role supports identifying the right delivery system and solution as a part of our co-creation process with customers. You will turn products into multisensory food experiences that go beyond great taste. **Core Responsibilities** - Identify technical gaps, develop and execute research to provide solutions - Ideation and support in brainstorming new concepts, technical approaches and defining research proposals. - Manage projects to support core research directives. - Understand and improve existing projects, systems and techniques to optimize group efficiency. - Analyze and evaluation of experimental and production delivery system samples and related raw materials. - Reporting, presenting, and communication of proposals and results. **Technical Skills** - Possess knowledge of methods and scientific processes - Independently plan and executes technical projects - Creative and innovative thinking skills to research problems and projects - Understanding of business case development for capital planning - Knowledge of food and flavor samples and its chemistry - Contribute to the translation of technical reports on complex research - Theoretical and practical knowledge of spray-drying and fluid bed processing **You?** - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science or related. Performance-based Annual Bonus.
