Requirements Analyst, IT
The Opportunity:

As an IT requirements analyst, you9ll develop leading-edge applications and systems. Partnering with your team of architects, developers, and testers, you9ll identify clients9 mission needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You9ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you9ll be a key team member who helps fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you9ll deliver high business value products to mission users.

You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and management
  • Experience working with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements and translate them for technical teams
  • Experience using task management software such as Jira
  • Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Experience in software development, DevOps, AI/ML, or IT
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor9s degree


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Human Resources (HR) IT systems
  • Experience with HR business processes
  • Experience creating Jira dashboards, roadmaps, and dependency maps
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Scrum Master or Agile Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual9s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen9s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
