Detailed Overview
Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families: Responsible for providing a range of business and systems and trending analysis and support services to the Employee Experience, Strategic Partnerships team and clients. Analyzes and interprets HR data as well as information required to support large-scale change initiatives and expansions; provides recommendations to department members on the information analyzed. Maintains and supports relevant databases to ensure appropriate data capture, system maintenance and analytics. Assists in the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of designated project initiatives by ensuring adherence to systems, practices, policies and timelines based on selected project management methodology.
Responsibilities
Analyzes and interprets HR data and compares against established averages; performs trend analysis on data. Compiles and analyzes HR data for use in generating information for large-scale change initiatives and expansions.
Liaises with internal departments (Payroll, WH, HR Consulting) to ensure accurate identification, monitoring, tracking and categorization of the information being collected.
Recommends a course of action on a variety of HR data analyzed that supports the Leaders and Client Partners in workforce planning and optimization in resolving staffing related disputes and establishing the strategic goals of the department.
Maintains and supports databases and SharePoint sites to ensure appropriate data capture, system maintenance and analytics. Generates regular reports for publication within the Department and across other HR portfolios as necessary. Creates and maintains hard copy files of information as required.
Provides project support on selected projects by assisting in the development of project plans; monitors project scope, timelines and budgets and reports on project status; assists with developing project baselines/milestones and monitors progress against the project milestones; manages project tasks consistent with accepted standard methodologies to ensure successful and coordinated completion of projects as directed.
Liaises with internal stakeholders and external organizations, agencies and/or communities to identify and document project deliverables, in support of efficient execution of the assigned project; works with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the coordination of information is maintained; prepares reports and planning documents as required.
Prepares documents including presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, meeting minutes and reports in an accurate and timely manner using various word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software packages. Utilizes a variety of software applications to ensure professional standards are maintained, relevant and current data is used and end product is appropriate and professionally presented.
Qualifications
Education and ExperienceDiploma in Human Resources Management, plus three (3) years' recent, related experience in Human Resources, Labour Relations and/or research/analyst roles or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.

- Knowledge of human resource practices, relevant collective agreements and project management processes.

- Knowledge of Meditech, ESP, Opportunities Job Bank (OJB) and FAR.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
