Le ou la représentant(e) pharmaceutique, Soins primaires/Neurologie, est responsable de l’atteinte des objectifs de vente de son territoire grâce à la communication efficace d’informations sur les produits pharmaceutiques sur ordonnance, ainsi qu’au développement de relations solides avec les professionnels de la santé. Il ou elle met en œuvre les plans d’affaires territoriaux, interagit avec les clients en personne et de manière virtuelle, et contribue à la réalisation d’initiatives éducatives et d’engagement client visant à favoriser l’utilisation appropriée des options thérapeutiques en neurologie et dans le traitement de la migraine.

La personne retenue fera preuve d’une solide compétence scientifique, d’une grande efficacité en vente, d’excellentes aptitudes en engagement client et d’un engagement constant envers la conformité aux réglementations de l’industrie et aux politiques de l’entreprise.

Durée du mandat : 12 mois (fortes possibilités de prolongation)

 

Principales responsabilités

  • Communiquer les messages approuvés relatifs aux produits et aux marques auprès des médecins de famille, omnipraticiens et pharmaciens ciblés, conformément à la monographie du produit, aux messages approuvés, aux politiques de l’entreprise et à la stratégie de marque.

  • Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients clés, tant en personne que dans un environnement virtuel.

  • Organiser et coordonner des programmes de conférenciers, des symposiums, des événements virtuels, des congrès, des kiosques d’exposition et des activités de formation médicale continue (FMC) afin de soutenir les objectifs de la marque.

  • Élaborer et exécuter un plan d’affaires territorial aligné sur les objectifs de la marque, les besoins des clients et les occasions du marché.

  • Tirer parti des connaissances clients et du marché afin d’identifier les occasions d’affaires, de prioriser les activités et d’atteindre les objectifs de vente du territoire.

  • Collaborer efficacement avec les partenaires interfonctionnels et les partenaires d’affaires externes afin de soutenir l’exécution des plans territoriaux et des stratégies de marque.

  • Agir conformément aux valeurs de l’entreprise et aux comportements attendus des leaders, tout en respectant les politiques, procédures et le Code de déontologie des pratiques de commercialisation de Médicaments novateurs Canada (MNC).

  • Identifier et signaler les événements indésirables ainsi que les plaintes relatives aux produits conformément aux procédures de l’entreprise.

  • Maintenir en bon état tout le matériel et les biens de l’entreprise (échantillons, matériel promotionnel, etc.).

 

Qualifications et expérience

Formation et expérience

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en sciences de la vie ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en vente pharmaceutique.

  • Une expérience en soins primaires et/ou en neurologie constitue un atout.

  • Expérience dans l’organisation et le soutien de programmes de FMC et d’activités éducatives.

  • La connaissance du territoire assigné est considérée comme un atout.

 

Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes

  • Solides connaissances des produits, des aires thérapeutiques et des états pathologiques.

  • Excellentes habiletés de communication orale et écrite.

  • Excellentes aptitudes en développement de relations et en engagement client.

  • Capacité démontrée à élaborer et à exécuter des plans d’affaires territoriaux.

  • Excellentes compétences en réseautage, en présentation et en organisation.

  • Maîtrise des systèmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM), des plateformes d’engagement numérique et des outils alimentés par l’intelligence artificielle.

  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis afin de soutenir les intervenants à travers le Canada. (Patients et Professionelles de la santé)

The Pharmaceutical Representative, Primary Care/Neurology, is responsible for achieving territory sales objectives through effective communication of prescription product information, and the development of strong relationships with healthcare professionals. The Pharmaceutical Representative executes territory business plans, engages customers both in-person and virtual interactions, and contributes to the successful implementation of educational and customer engagement initiatives to support the appropriate use of neurology and migraine treatment options.

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong scientific acumen, sales effectiveness, customer engagement skills, and a commitment to compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver approved product and brand messages to targeted family physicians, general practitioners and pharmacists in accordance with the product monograph, approved messaging, company policies, and brand strategy.

  • Build strong relationships with key customers, both in person and in a virtual environment.

  • Organize and coordinate speaker programs, symposia, virtual events, exhibits, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities in support of brand objectives.

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.

  • Leverage customer insights and market knowledge to identify opportunities, prioritize activities, and achieve territory sales objectives.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues and external business partners to support territory and brand execution.

  • Demonstrate the Company’s values and leader behaviors, including adherence to policies, procedures and the IMC Code of Marketing Practices.

  • Identify and report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with corporate procedure.

  • Maintain all Company property (samples, promotional materials, etc.) in good working condition.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.

  • Experience in Primary Care and/or Neurology is preferred.

  • Experience organizing and supporting CME programs and educational events.

  • Knowledge of the assigned territory is considered an asset.
