Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology transformation or enterprise adoption.
• Strong experience leading platform enablement programs.
• Proven background in governance, change management, and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior/executive leadership.
• Experience with digital transformation and ROI/business-case development.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong grasp of SDLC, CI/CD, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Replit and GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI-native engineering on the Replit platform.
• Define platform adoption strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Build business cases and conduct ROI assessments for modernization.
• Establish governance, security standards, and auditability for AI-generated code.
• Define development workflows and reusable engineering practices for AI-native SDLC.
• Engage with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, and business teams for collaboration.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and deliver presentations to executives.
• Drive change management initiatives and develop internal AI champions.
• Conduct discovery workshops to identify AI modernization opportunities.
• Create and deliver training programs, best practices, and enablement resources.
