About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Replenishment Manager with deep experience supporting Walmart and Sam's Club. This role will be responsible for managing inventory health, forecasting, replenishment strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure optimal in-stock performance while minimizing supply chain costs. The ideal candidate has experience working directly with Walmart systems and merchants and possesses a strong understanding of Retail Link, Luminate, and supply chain analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities- Manage daily replenishment activities to maintain target in-stock levels and maximize sales.
- Analyze inventory trends, weeks of supply, and forecast accuracy to proactively address risks and opportunities.
- Monitor item performance and execute replenishment strategies to support seasonal events, modular transitions, and promotions.
- Identify out-of-stock issues and implement corrective actions to improve fill rates and customer service metrics.
- Utilize Walmart Retail Link, Scintilla, NOVA, and internal forecasting tools to analyze sales, inventory, and replenishment performance.
- Review POS trends, supplier OTIF metrics, and DC inventory to optimize supply chain execution.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators including:
- In-stock %
- Forecast Accuracy
- Fill Rate
- Weeks of Supply
- OTIF Performance
- Inventory Turns
- Partner with Walmart replenishment managers, merchants, planners, and supply chain teams to resolve inventory issues and support growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure supply continuity.
- Lead inventory planning for new item launches, promotions, and seasonal programs.
- Support S&OP processes and provide demand insights to internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve replenishment efficiency and reduce out-of-stocks.
- Drive root-cause analysis for inventory variances and supply disruptions.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve service levels and profitability.
Skills and QualificationsRequired- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 3- 7+ years of replenishment, supply chain, or demand planning experience.
- Direct experience managing Walmart and/or Sam's Club business.
- Proficiency in:
- Walmart Retail Link (Logistics Portal, SQEP, ASIN)
- Scintilla
- Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
- Forecasting and inventory planning tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred- Understanding of Walmart OTIF requirements and supply chain processes.
- Experience supporting omnichannel, eCommerce, or club channel business.
- CPFR or APICS certification preferred.
