Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $77,000 - $90,000, based on school-year calendar, experience, specialty, and geographic region
What You'll Do - Provide ethically and legally defensible school-based speech-language services through a remote delivery model
- Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals and provide services aligned with student needs
- Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and IEP teams
- Recommend service delivery modifications, accommodations, and strategies to support student success
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation, data collection, attendance records, and service logs
- Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and other clinical or special projects as assigned
What We're Looking For - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California SLP license to provide services to California students
- Current SLP license/authorization in the state where you reside
- Ability to maintain all required licenses and professional credentials necessary to provide services remotely
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Previous teletherapy and/or tele-assessment experience strongly preferred
- Strong technology skills and comfort providing services through a virtual platform
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while remaining highly engaged with students and school teams
- Fingerprint background clearance and TB clearance as required
Multi-State Licensure Is a Plus We are especially interested in SLPs who hold licenses to practice in multiple states, particularly in
California as well as:
