Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager / Coordinator to join our team on a remote basis. This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, offering flexibility to the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and align with our company's strategic goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growing e-commerce environment. The offered compensation for this role is between $35 - $60 USD per hour, dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support key business objectives.
* Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents.
* Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular and clear status reports to management.
* Manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise effective contingency plans.
* Oversee the coordination of online auction processes, from inventory management to final sale and customer collection.
* Contribute to the optimisation of internal processes to improve efficiency within our auction and liquidation workflows.
Qualifications
* Proven professional experience in project management or project coordination.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a remote team environment.
* Proficiency in using project management software and other digital collaboration tools.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with outstanding problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
* Experience within an e-commerce, auction, or retail environment is highly desirable.
* A relevant project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) would be a distinct advantage.
