IT Project Management (PM) and Business Analyst (BA)
Exempt
Reports To: Project Management Office Manager
Compensation: $95,000-$115,000 annually, based on experience.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Manager/Business Analyst in this role is an important project enablement specialist. The PM/BA guides IT and Enterprise projects from conception to delivery, acting as a collaboration liaison between the PMO, business leadership, and stakeholders.
The successful candidate is a champion for collaborative transformation and change, detail-driven and dynamic, with experience working in an operations and/or manufacturing -focused environment. The right candidate will be expert in facilitating conversations to gather and document business workflows, defining project scopes, deliverables, and timelines, and maintaining multiple active projects, while ensuring that the needs of the business and business stakeholders are met.
Where a pay band is provided, actual pay may be
above the listed range based on the individual's experience, education, certifications, knowledge, skills, and geography/work location. The listed range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this opportunity at the time of posting.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS ANALYSIS
- 4+ years of experience managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and administer project plans, schedules, timelines, budgets, resource forecasts, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate project status meetings and effectively communicate project progress, risks, issues, scope changes, and business impacts to stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage project artifacts including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, issue logs, change requests, requirements documentation, and traceability matrices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
- Serve as an advocate for business users by supporting organizational change management efforts and driving process and technology transformation initiatives.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement through business analysis, data-driven insights, industry best practices, and stakeholder feedback.
- Create and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, demonstrations, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and solution implementation.
- Utilize project management and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Planner, to coordinate activities and ensure project success.
- Partner with PMO teams, project teams, and business leaders to foster collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Travel up to 20%

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Project Management Certification preferred (ex. PMP, PRINCE2)
- Business Analysis Certification (ex. CBAP, ABA, etc.)
- Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Demonstrated success in managing and negotiating with stakeholders
- Experience facilitating business discussions including requirements gathering and facilitation of discovery
- Experience capturing and converting business requirements into actionable project deliverables
- Ability to creatively approach novel business challenges
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in Microsoft products, including; Office, SharePoint, Planner Plan
- Experience working in Workflow diagramming tools (Microsoft Visio, Lucid)
GREAT-TO-HAVE SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Experience working with Enterprise-level projects at scale
- ECommerce and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) establishment experience a huge plus
- Experience working with Power BI
- Experience working in IT-centric, distribution, and/or manufacturing environments
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, business administration, or related field
- 4+ years' experience in Project Management (Waterfall, Agile)
- 4+ years' experience in business process analysis and implementation
- Expert communicator delivering clear and concise written and verbal communication
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position requires close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; Ability to perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and making fine discriminations in sound; Exerting up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 5 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Must be able to remain in a stationary position and/or upright, for prolonged periods of time, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch occasionally during 8-10-hour work shift.
