Remote Marriage and Family TherapistLocation: Blaine, MN
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What to ExpectYou'll manage a structured caseload, providing video-based therapy and maintaining consistent, organized documentation. The position is focused on direct clinical work in an outpatient telehealth model.
Role Responsibilities- Provide scheduled teletherapy sessions
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing clinical reviews
- Develop and refine treatment plans with clients
- Keep clear, timely notes in the EMR
- Join virtual team and clinical gatherings as needed
Requirements- Active Minnesota license as LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT
- Master's degree in a mental health discipline
- Prior outpatient or telehealth experience is a plus
- Strong ability to structure and manage remote workdays
