Responsibilities: - Conduct legal research and analysis related to litigation cases
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions
- Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients
Requirements: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Delaware
- Proven experience in litigation, including trials and hearings
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
