Responsibilities: - Manage all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal
- Conduct legal research and provide advice and guidance on legal matters
- Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and legal agreements
- Represent clients in court and before government agencies
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve the best legal outcomes
Requirements: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience in litigation and trial work
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
