The Role Itself

You'll work inbound and warm leads exclusively - every client already requested information about life insurance coverage before you ever spoke with them. Full training and ongoing mentorship support you through the learning curve, and access to a network of more than 60 carriers means you're never limited to a single product line regardless of what actually fits the client.

Earning Potential

100% commission, uncapped. Average $800 to $1,200 per policy. Based on consistent effort:

• Part-time: $50,000+ in year one
• Full-time: $80,000 to $300,000+ in year one

Pay is distributed daily/weekly, with performance-based incentives available for agents hitting production benchmarks.
