What the Training Path Looks LikeOnboarding starts with fundamentals: how life insurance products actually work, how to have a genuine conversation about financial protection, and how to close a policy once a family has made their decision. From there, a mentor supports you through your first live calls, and access to more than 60 carrier partnerships means you're matching clients to real fit rather than pushing a single product regardless of relevance.
What You Can Expect to Earn100% commission, uncapped, averaging $800 to $1,200 per sale. Based on typical production:
- Part-time: $50,000+ in year one
- Full-time: $80,000 to $300,000+ in year one
Pay is distributed daily/weekly, with performance-based incentives available on top for agents hitting certain thresholds.
