Full Job Description
The Director, CRM - Style Brands, will work closely with the other CRM Brand Family Directors to share learnings and best practices. Via the CRM Manager direct reports, you will oversee the end-to-end planning and deployment of Brand campaigns, advocate for best practices, digest Brand Marketing priorities into efficient CRM communications, and measure success.

1. Lead CRM for Zales, Zales Outlet, and Banter. Develop the strategy to drive value and deepen engagement across customer foundational, triggered, and macro-segmented emails and SMS. Ensure that the plans are aligned with the brands' and company's overall marketing goals and objectives.

2. Collaborate with managers to develop marketing campaigns and ensure channel delivery plans, execution, and measurement and reporting. Provide ongoing guidance on the best strategies and messaging to engage the target audience.

3. Use insights to inform broader marketing strategies, product enhancements, and other related initiatives. Work closely with brand teams to ensure that the segment strategy is aligned with the overall company goals.

4. Partner with CDP and Ecom teams to define enhancements required to implement integrated marketing plans. Ensure that the segment strategy is aligned with the overall channel strategy.

Education Required: A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Required or Acceptable Job-Related Experience: Experience identifying and advocating marketing strategy and programs that deliver a combination of automated, personalized, and/or outbound communications at scale.

Technical/Other Skills Required:

  • Understanding of CRM channels (e.g., email, SMS) and how they can be leveraged to engage customers.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize marketing campaigns and drive business impact.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, retail environment and adjust priorities as needed.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in marketing, including personalization, customer experience, and data-driven marketing.
  • Experience working in retail or consumer-facing industries would be an advantage.
