Contracts Manager (Remote)
Site, Business, OR Functional Area OverviewThis role supports theRotorcraft & Turboprop Engines business division and sits within the Contracts function. The Contracts Manager partners with cross-functional stakeholders (program, engineering, finance, supply chain, legal, and compliance) to manage a portfolio of contracts from capture through execution and closeout, while supporting the pursuit of new business with U.S. Government and other governmental customers.
This position isremote, with periodic travel as required.
Role OverviewTheContracts Manager provides proactive contract management support across an assigned portfolio, leading contracts management activities from solicitation/capture through execution, change management, dispute resolution, and closeout.
The role requires comprehensive knowledge ofgovernment contract regulations and requirements, along with strong judgment, the ability to assess risk, and the skill to develop creative and practical solutions to complex business challenges. The Contracts Manager works directly with internal stakeholders across the organization and interfaces externally with governmental customers to drive compliant, timely, and high-quality outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe base pay range for this position is $112,000.00 - $149,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
