Hiring an experienced Construction & Purchase focused Loan Officer Nationwide! This position provides direct access to The Federal Savings Bank's top retail and construction lending team and the ability to immediately begin lending in all 50 states.

Outside Sales Compensation

This position is 100% commission and those hired are eligible to earn monthly commissions that are based upon a percentage, 50-200 basis points (0.50%-2.00%), of funded loan volume. Total volume funded is based on individual production and performance. There is no cap on commissions.
