Qualifications

• Current California Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• Minimum of five years in commercial lines client management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients in conjunction with Risk Advisors and Executive Client Managers.
• Lead strategies for new business and renewals from inception to placement.
• Analyze client exposures and suggest tailored coverage solutions.
• Review and interpret underwriting data including loss ratios and audit disputes.
• Prepare submissions and negotiate terms with insurance carriers on pricing and commissions.
• Develop effective marketing strategies for both new and renewal business efforts.
• Conduct thorough contract and lease reviews to ensure risk compliance and insurance requirements are met.
