Job Title: Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Overview

This is a Full-Time, fully remote position based in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for our clients through our digital chat platforms.

Salary:$45 - $100 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

- Engage with clients via live chat in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding our range of construction services, company policies, and project timelines.
- Assist clients with scheduling enquiries, service questions, and initial consultations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meticulously document all client interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and our support processes.
- Uphold the company's long-standing reputation for quality, reliability, and excellent customer care.

Qualifications
