Remote Bilingual Spanish/English Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full Time New Jersey What You Will DoAs a BCBA, you will make a meaningful impact every day by providing individualized, evidence-based ABA services that help children build lifelong skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive skills assessments
- Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Design, implement, and modify ABA treatment programs
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Analyze treatment data and adjust programming based on client progress
- Coach parents and caregivers to promote success beyond therapy sessions
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, educators, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor client progress and celebrate meaningful milestones with families

QualificationsWe're looking for someone who is passionate about helping children and families succeed.
- Must reside in New Jersey
- MUST be Bilingual Spanish/English
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Completion of BCBA supervision training
- Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in North Carolina

CompensationBase Salary: $95,000-$105,000
Bonus Opportunity: Earn $80-$90/hour for billable hours beyond your weekly goal.
Total Compensation Potential: Up to
$116,600 annuallyReasonable Pay Estimate
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $80,000-$92,000 per year. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.
