What will you do?The
Remote Account Manager is a direct account management role and is the liaison between our customers and our entire service chain and is pivotal in our delivery of world-class service. A successful Account Manager will have influence and leadership skills to leverage our resources toward positive customer outcomes. The Account Manager's primary responsibility is oversight of our core services delivery as a direct interface to our customers.
This position requires a high performing, highly organized business professional responsible for direct interaction with and influence of our customers as well as capacity for leading and influencing a team of service professionals.
The Remote Account Manager will act as our team's primary customer advocate and will embrace a servant leadership mindset in the support and collaboration with team members.
The Remote Account Manager will serve as member of the National Service Central team, with a strong dotted line to the Branches they support. They will be an active participant in the development and implementation of service delivery strategies across both the local and national US Digital Buildings Business.
Key Focus Areas - Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the service lifecycle
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Sales, CSM, Service Central)
- Drive growth through service agreements and cross-business unit (XBU) opportunities
- Champion world-class service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities - Proactively engage customers to enhance satisfaction and generate service opportunities
- Develop tailored account strategies and solutions based on customer needs
- Coordinate and track customer interactions, scopes of work, and service estimates
- Manage sales administrative tasks, including booking agreements and quotes
- Effectively network and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:- 2 + years of experience in the buildings industry (BAS, Security, or Mechanical)
- Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with strategic and critical thinking
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 74,400 - USD 111,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
