  • Develop, revise, and implement custom maintenance program task cards; evaluate component and system performance using in-service failure data and maintenance history.
  • Provide technical support for modifications to the reliability and maintenance programs, considering changes in aircraft utilization, staffing, ground time, and network demands.
  • Liaise with vendors, Field Service Representatives, OEMs, and other engineering trades to ensure that maintenance and reliability issues are addressed and that any upgrades or improvements are integrated effectively.
  • Support new aircraft inductions, internal/external audits, and business improvement initiatives, while optimizing scheduled maintenance visits and heavy maintenance programs.
  • Act as a backup to maintain and continuously improve the scheduled maintenance program, ensuring alignment with company policies, manufacturer guidance, and Transport Canada regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in maintenance status and planning meetings as a key technical advisor for Reliability.
  • Actively contribute to Flair's Safety Management System (SMS) program and perform the Fleet Manager role during their absence.
