Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial reliability and maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory and budget management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment.
• Familiarity with maintenance best practices and reliability improvement strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel and be on call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance teams, including mechanics and technicians.
• Schedule and assign maintenance tasks while monitoring completion.
• Identify equipment reliability issues and develop improvement strategies.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
• Conduct inspections and audits of equipment to identify potential issues.
• Manage spare parts inventory for critical components' availability.
• Assist in developing maintenance and reliability budgets.
• Provide training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance data.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
