Qualifications

• Mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with maintenance processes and planned work execution.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proven experience in coaching teams and dealing with complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure mechanical and electrical integrity of equipment.
• Drive planned work initiatives to prevent breakdowns.
• Define and standardize defect handling processes.
• Monitor compliance with defect handling procedures.
• Collaborate with operators and maintenance personnel post-defect resolution.
• Implement Breakdown Elimination standards effectively.
• Assist operators and mechanics in troubleshooting breakdown causes.
• Assess and prioritize planned maintenance requirements.
• Update maintenance system with real-time data analysis.
• Prepare and manage maintenance kits for readiness.
• Maintain tidy and organized parts storage areas.
• Lead and facilitate yellow filter meetings.
• Coordinate communication between Maintenance Supervisor and operators.
• Enhance defect handling and Breakdown Elimination procedures.
• Maintain and enhance assigned PFX documentation.
• Coach operators on effective defect handling strategies.
• Support supervisor in team skills development and standardization.
• Track and enhance maintenance and Lean KPIs.
• Promote a strong safety culture within the workplace.
• Foster a culturally rich and ethical team environment.
