Job Description

The selected candidate will perform System Reliability & Maintainability (RAM&T) Engineering Analysis. Responsibilities include establishing, monitoring, and verifying subsystem RAM&T performance requirements for design changes and new development efforts. The candidate will be responsible for reliability, maintainability, and testability, and will liaise with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and suppliers for the RAM&T of assigned subsystems. The candidate will support product teams in investigating RAM&T issues and developing mitigation plans.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics discipline from an accredited university with 5 years of engineering experience
  • Experience in Reliability and Maintainability discipline
  • Active Final Secret clearance

Desired Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Reliability and Maintainability discipline
  • Ability to perform RAM&T allocations and predictions
  • Ability to develop Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) analysis
  • Ability to perform Built In Test (BIT) testability analysis
  • Ability to develop mission reliability analysis
  • Ability to support team investigations of issues
  • Familiarity with Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
  • Experience with Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)
  • Experience with maintainability demonstrations
  • Experience with Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT), Reliability Growth Testing (RGT), and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS)
  • Excellent interpersonal, team collaboration, and communication skills (written and oral)

Security Clearance:
This position requires a government security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.
