Job Responsibilities:
Within the framework of project execution environment, execute & deliver the assigned Instrumentation & Controls Work Packages - within contractual requirements, quality, schedule and overall cost effectiveness - in order to meet the overall Project objectives / targets.
Coordinate and Validate Instrumentation & Controls Technical design, demonstrating ownership in his/her discipline for HSE, technical, cost and schedule within the project
Provide Technical requirements to Procurement team for Materials Requisition, and review/approve Vendor documents applicable for the Discipline
Check and approve Project changes for his/her discipline
Provide support and inputs in proposal development, by providing Discipline technical solutions and estimates (benchmarks, equipment, materials and man-hours)
Provide Site assistance to reply to Site queries ; can be required to go on Site as Field Engineer to provide support to Construction Team
Coordinate and collaborate with other discipline specialist engineers and possibly project support functions such as procurement and planning
Provide technical expertise and applicable solutions specific in his/her discipline deliverables

Required Qualifications:
Engineering Degree (Bachelor's) required.
Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.
5+ years of related experience
Good technical background as graduate in major of Instrumentation & Controls
Good command of SmartPlant 3D - SP3D ,SPR, Naviswork, Microstation, Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) all modules , Autocad
