Role Purpose
The RTE for AI Foundation serves as orchestration lead for the AI Foundation Agile
Release Train (ART), responsible for translating the Product-owned roadmap into a
coordinated cross-team delivery plan. This role drives alignment, planning, execution,
dependency management, risk mitigation, and operating cadence across product and
engineering teams, while ensuring the predictable delivery of enterprise AI platform
capabilities and shared AI foundations. The RTE provides end-to-end execution
visibility, resolves cross-domain dependencies, removes impediments, and delivers
transparent program status and outcomes to leadership.
Location: Berwyn, PA
Key Responsibilities
Duty What the RTE does
Roadmap execution Tracks roadmap execution and milestone delivery across
engineering teams; turns the approved plan into a coordinated
cross-team delivery schedule.
Onboarding &
integration
Coordinates onboarding, integration, and implementation schedules
for foundational and framework requirements from domain teams.
Cross-team
dependencies
Actively manages and resolves cross-team technical/delivery
dependencies; engages domain leads directly to unblock work
before it hits the critical path.
Operating cadence Runs the program's status meetings, working sessions, and
communication forums across engineering, architecture, platform,
and security.
PI Planning (SAFe) Owns Pre-PI Planning and PI Planning at the ART level: builds the
invite list (Tech & Product leads, Architect, Scrum Leads, Team
Leads), facilitates Day 1/Day 2, confirms dependencies and
capacity, and drives the ART to a locked plan.
Risk & escalation Maintains the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies),
drives mitigation plans to closure, and escalates to leadership with
options and recommendations.
Release coordination Coordinates release planning, technical readiness reviews, and
deployment schedules across contributing teams.
Status reporting Provides consolidated delivery/risk/timeline reporting tailored to
both working teams and senior leadership.
Meeting
follow-through
Tracks decisions, owners, and action items from key working
sessions and drives them to closure.
