Job Title
Relationship Manager - Credit Union Solutions

About your role:

As a Relationship Manager supporting Credit Union Solutions, you will lead and grow a portfolio of large client relationships by aligning client goals with Fiserv capabilities. You will work across business units and with senior client stakeholders to strengthen satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Your work helps credit union clients achieve strategic priorities while deepening their partnership with Fiserv.

What you'll do:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across assigned credit union client organizations
  • Assess client business objectives, operational priorities, and growth opportunities to position Fiserv solutions that address their needs
  • Build and maintain annual account plans that incorporate input from multiple internal stakeholders and define measurable actions for client success
  • Partner with business unit and corporate leaders to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and advance strategic client initiatives
  • Drive retention and growth by supporting service agreement renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and developing formal proposals for additional products and services
  • Monitor client satisfaction, communicate insights to internal partners, and recommend actions that improve the client experience and business outcomes
  • Promote participation in Fiserv conferences, user groups, and other engagement opportunities that strengthen client partnership and product adoption


Experience you'll need to have:
  • 3+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or business development within the banking, credit union, or financial services industry
  • 3+ years of experience working with large, complex financial institutions and aligning solutions to business, operational, and strategic objectives
  • Experience developing account plans, managing renewals, and driving revenue growth through consultative client engagement
  • Ability to build executive-level relationships, create formal client proposals, and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience


Experience that would be great to have:
  • Direct experience supporting credit unions or knowledge of credit union operations, priorities, and regulatory considerations
  • Knowledge of Fiserv systems, products, or client delivery models
  • Familiarity with financial data processing systems and host-based computer systems
  • Additional specialized training in banking, credit unions, or financial services


Travel: Travel up to 25%

Salary Range
$59,500.00 - $126,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
