Rehab Director Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and direction for therapy operations
- Support therapists and promote clinical excellence
- Monitor program performance and quality outcomes
- Collaborate with facility leadership
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development
- Maintain strong relationships with patients and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:- Licensed PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA in Michigan
- Previous therapy leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
