Rehab Director - Occupational Therapist Assistant or Physical Therapist Assistant Considered

Lead with Purpose as a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR)

PruittHealth is seeking a dedicated Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to oversee therapy services in our skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced rehabilitation professional who is passionate about improving patient outcomes while guiding a team of Therapists. As a Director of Rehabilitation, youll ensure quality therapy programs, provide staff development, manage compliance, and help drive patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
• To direct and manage the day-to-day clinical operations of the rehab department.
• To provide clinical leadership within the rehab team.
• Responsible for coordinating all rehab disciplines (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology)
• To provide quality patient care.
• To maintain effective communications with Facility/Center staff, patients, families, and management.
• To monitor, enhance and expand the rehabilitation programs within the Health Care Center

Qualifications:

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Valid professional license in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited school. If foreign-trained, must meet the same qualifications as U.S. educational program requirement
