Qualifications

• Degree in physical, occupational, speech therapy, or related field.
• Valid state licensure as PT/OT/SLP or PTA/COTA, or license eligible.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or healthcare.
• Supervisory experience in a rehab therapy setting preferred.
• Strong leadership skills to manage a multidisciplinary team.
• Deep understanding of rehabilitation principles and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for various stakeholders.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational skills for managing schedules and resources.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and Medicare guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise clinical therapy staff, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance and credentialing of personnel, developing corrective action plans as needed.
• Maintain a clinical caseload and uphold high-quality therapy standards.
• Review therapy programs for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop strategies for expanding therapy programs and building caseloads.
• Lead marketing efforts to promote the therapy program within the community.
• Oversee scheduling of patients and therapists for adequate coverage.
• Track and report assessment period data per Medicare and company guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve patient or service-related issues, fostering open communication.
• Provide ongoing education and training for staff and the community.
