What You'll Do- Manage surveying projects for residential, commercial, and development clients.
- Assign and oversee project workloads to ensure deadlines are met.
- Review and approve survey deliverables for quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate schedules and communicate with clients, field crews, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
- Maintain active involvement in technical surveying activities and project execution.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues affecting schedules and deliverables.
- Collaborate with office and field personnel to ensure efficient project completion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles.
What You Need- Current Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license.
- 2-5 years of experience working as an RPLS.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial land surveying practices.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Experience managing surveying projects and quality control processes.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
