In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Conduct nursing assessments to promote the health and well-being of residents.
- Develop personalized quality service plans.
- Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changing health needs.
- Educate and guide staff on care procedures and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between residents, their families, and the community.
- Maintain compliance with state guidelines and company policies.
- Keep accurate and detailed health records.
In other companies, the position of Registered Nurse is often referred to by different titles, such as RN, Nurse, Nursing, and Clinical Director.
Qualifications
- Have current Registered Nurse License.
- 1-year experience as a licensed registered nurse, preferably in a community-based care setting.
- Knowledge of basic principles necessary to provide competent nursing care.
- Ability to assess human response to actual or potential health problems.
- Ability to communicate care well, both written and orally.
- Ability to relate to individuals from a variety of diverse ethnic, cultural, and educational backgrounds.
- Follow the state mandated guidelines for medication management and community-based care.
- Understand and follow state regulations as well as company policies and guidelines.
• English language required.
• CPR Certification (preferred).
