VNA Care is seeking Home Health RNs for full time Case Manager roles.
Schedules available: Monday- Friday, 8a-4:30p.Salary range: $86,000 - $129,000 Territory: Ashland, Hopkinton and surrounding towns.

Requirements:- Compassionate, enjoy working with patients and their families, organized and ability to multi-task.
- Good standing MA RN License
- 1 year of med/surg experience; 1 year of acute care experience helpful
- Willingness to travel within a territory.
