Registered Nurse ( RN ) Supervisor Responsibilities:- Lead and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Monitor documentation accuracy and completion
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies as needed
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment
Registered Nurse ( RN ) Supervisor Qualifications:- Active RN License in the State of New Jersey
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
