Hourly Pay: - $46.18 day shift
- $50.34 evening and night shift
Responsibilities - What you'll doExamples of Work: - Make rounds on assigned shift in order to direct and evaluate nursing services, monitor work flow, and redefine priorities as needed
- Communicate with the unit manager regarding data collected and pertinent issues related to each unit
- Identify Veterans who are high risk for negative outcomes and communicate to staff at all levels
- Document accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Communicate and participate with the interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care
- Administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation when indicated
- Oversee the supervision, recruitment, retention, performance management, discipline, clinical instruction, and feedback to the nursing staff
- Give medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
- Assist the nursing team with Veteran care as needed, which may include lifting
Qualifications - All you need for successQualifications: - Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Missouri - in good standing
- 2+ years of experience as a registered nurse
