- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Current and unrestricted New York State license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Two years of acute care nursing experience preferred; however, motivated and qualified new graduate nurses are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Demonstrates compassion, professionalism, sound clinical judgment, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills in a fast-paced acute care environment.
- Maintains a strong commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, evidence-based practice, and an exceptional patient and family experience.
- Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring nursing practice is consistent with established clinical, regulatory, and operational standards.
- Contributes to program development and continuous improvement efforts, including the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
