Compensation from $44.00/hour to $46.00/hour - (based upon experience) - PLUS additional PT, PRN, Evening, Night and Weekends shift differentials! & Additional clinical premiums for experience! Status/Shift:- Full Time Evenings 3pm-11pm - $5,000 Sign on Bonus
Rotating Weekends and Holidays
Qualifications: - Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
- Active CPR required
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- One year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents
Responsibilities and Expectations: - Plan, direct and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Perform resident assessments
- Participate in daily resident rounding
- Provide supervision to nursing team
- Assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents
