- Assist in developing, implementing, and adjusting patient care plans as needed.
- Supervise and counsel nursing staff to ensure the highest quality care possible.
- Ensure their unit meets federal and state regulatory standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Physicians to plan and maintain resident care.
- Complete admission and discharge assessments.
- Oversee and audit changes made to care plans.

Requirements:- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting
- Strong understanding of skilled nursing standards of care
- Good critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills
