Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Registered Nurse Supervisor in our beautiful facility located in Doylestown, PA. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan, while providing exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan
- Regularly round on nursing units to ensure high-quality care
- Monitor and assure that incidents, accidents, and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly
- Assist in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse, as necessary
- Prepare and administer performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers
- Provide correction and re-education to shift staff as needed
Requirements:- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Skilled Nursing or LTC experience
- Previous Supervisor experience
- Ability to work 11p-7a FT with EOW requirement
