At Sunrise Senior Living, we champion the quality of life for all seniors. As a Wellness Nurse RN, you oversee resident health, strengthen clinical systems, and support medication safety and regulatory compliance across the community.
What You'll Do:
• Conduct move-in, 3-day, semi-annual, and change-of-condition assessments
• Perform monthly wellness visits and monitor health trends
• Follow up on falls, incidents, and hospital returns
• Transcribe physician orders and ensure accurate MAR/TAR documentation
• Complete medication audits and oversee medication program compliance
• Partner with families, physicians, and the Resident Care Director
• Promote infection control and survey readiness
• Provide clinical guidance and training to care staff
You serve as a proactive clinical resource preventing decline through assessment, early intervention, and strong documentation oversight.
What We're Looking For:
• Active RN license in good standing
• Graduate of approved nursing program
• 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting
• Strong assessment, regulatory, and communication skills

Pay Range:35.05 - 48.40
