Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct and provide resident care per the Plan of Care
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
  • Conduct resident assessments to ensure ongoing care needs are met
  • Engage in daily resident rounding for acute and chronic condition monitoring
  • Supervise nursing team to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Assist with IV therapy insertion and maintenance as needed

Qualifications:
  • Active Delaware Registered Nurse licensure required

  • One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
  • Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Plan, direct and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care

  • Perform resident assessments
  • Participate in daily resident rounding
  • Provide supervision to nursing team
  • May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents
